Alongside comic book artist and illustrator Mollie Ray (author of ‘Giant’), I am working with a group of care-experienced young people and The British Library to develop a comic book. This comic book will be published by the British Library, and distributed as a resource to educate on teachers, foster carers and more on what it’s really like to be in the care-system, straight from the young people themselves. Our comic book will be shared at Thought Bubble comic book festival, 2025.
